Learning From My Wagering Blunders

First to explain the reason I wrote this essay. I have been betting online or at physical betting houses for a great many years. I have discovered, the fixation can grab a hold of you and you won’t even notice it until you are penniless. Particularly if you’re on a winning run. I have gone through many thousands of dollars in only a short amount of time and still on occasion, I’ll go too far. It seems you’re just having fun until you start to pay attention to your losses and the guilt sets in, and then you keep telling yourself "I can get it back" constantly. It does not works. Then you feel sick in your gut and the more you try the faster you are deprived.

When you notice that you’re ahead, remain on the UP! When you begin to be beaten, do not tell yourself, "well just maybe just one more" and again and again, believe me, this method hardly ever operates. Say you’re playing on slot games, have a bankroll set to the side prior to starting your play. Don’t exceed that limit, no matter how appealing. If you actually win, put that in a separate canister. Do not spend your wins no matter what. Once you’ve gone through your primary set limit, bail out. Leave, regardless if it’s on the web or at a brick and mortar betting house, don’t stick around. Always keep in mind, there will be a different day, a different time.

Remember, wagering is supposed to be exciting not backbreaking, nauseating work! If you are not enjoying yourself, you do not belong there. If youcan’t afford the cost, do not even begin.
